GTEKK does the candidate screening for you, saving your HR department time
and money spent filtering out unqualified applicants. When you work
with us, we only send you candidates we consider good matches with your
open positions. Prior to employment, our employees are subjected to:

identification of their skills

understand the value they will bring to our clients

Industry-specific skills and
knowledge inquiries to test their abilities

Reference checks to verify
previous work experience and performance

When you place a job order with
GTEKK, we will call you to confirm the details and, if necessary, set up
an a meeting at your office to review our service agreements.
Once we find and screen suitable candidates, we will submit to you our
evaluation summary and their qualifications for review. You decide
which candidates to interview before selecting the successful one.
On the first day of the assignment,
we will call you to check on the arrival of our employee as well as
your satisfaction with the employee’s performance. Throughout the
assignment, we will periodically make quality assurance calls to ensure
that your needs are being met and that the Contractor is performing as
expected.
The bill rate for the employee will be determined by
the employee’s experience and the market salary rate. GTEKK's cost
basis will be disclosed to you during the proposal phase to promote an
environment of trust and partnership focused on our mutual success.
GTEKK
offers discounts based on volume, represented as reductions from our
regular fees. The rates and discounts are presented to you in the
proposal phase.

For Direct-Hires: The reductions are
based upon the quantity of net hires made in in a period of 12 months
starting from the date of the first placement. Fees are charged as
a percentage of the employee's annual compensation
-
For Contract Staffing: The discounts
are based on the number of Contractors employed by the company.
Discounts are applied to the hourly rate charged to the Client.

For Direct- Hires:
GTEKK
guarantees
Direct-Hire placements for thirty (30) days. If the employee hired
through GTEKK voluntarily resigns without just cause, or is terminated
for just cause within thirty (30) days, we will replace the employee at
no charge or refund the fee. If the placement fee is not paid within
fifteen (15) days of billing, the guarantee is null and void.

For Contract-Staffing:
GTEKK guarantees our Temporary / Contract employees for
the first four (4) hours. If for any reason you are dissatisfied
with a
GTEKK temporary/contract employee and
inform us in the first 4 hours, there will be no charge for those (up to
4) hours worked by temporary employee, and we will provide a new
contractor for the assignment.
No refund will be
made when the scope of the duties has changed substantially or has been
misrepresented to Gtekk, LLC
GTEKK
clients and employees are covered beyond statutory Unemployment Insurance.
A certificate of insurance will be provided upon request with our limits
on the following items:
