Understanding Your Requirements
Our relationship commences when you contact our office or submit your
resume for review. The nature of our relationship with you will be
contingent on your short and long term goals, your geographic preferences,
and your financial requirements.
Assessing your Qualifications
We will work with you to highlight your relevant skills and strengths
during the assessment period. Our goal is to find the perfect match
for our Clients while giving you the best opportunity possible to advance
your career.
Target Employers
We work with top tier organizations. Our fees paid by our
Clients and are fixed based on the type of service provided.

Introduction to Employers
After reviewing you qualifications against the job requirements, we
rank and submit your resume to prospective employers. Unsuccessful
candidates are notified. Feedback from the evaluation process is provided
if requested. We continue to search for suitable positions for the
unsuccessful candidates.
Scheduling interviews
Short-listed candidates will be scheduled for interviews. To
facilitate the evaluation process, we brief the candidates before the
interview and follow-up after the meeting.
Employment Offer

For Contractors: The fee component of GTEKK's hourly
bill-out rates is negotiated and fixed with our Clients.
GTEKK's employment offer to you will be based on your qualifications and
ability to demonstrate excellence in the workplace. Our success is
NOT based on pushing your compensation down and nudging our billing rates
higher to maximize the spread.

For Direct-Hires: We declare our fixed fees to our
Clients to give them control over the bottom line while reinforcing our
credibility as an impartial judge of candidate qualifications. Your
employment offer from the Client will be based on your qualifications, and
the client's budget for the position.
Offer Acceptance/Resignation

For Direct-Hires: We serve as the liaison to between
candidates and the Client and are available for consultation in the offer
acceptance and resignation process.
Follow-up
We stay in contact with you and your new employer for a period of 3
months to ensure a smooth transition for both parties.
